We have been hitting brick walls with the agency and have been trying to secure a donor for months. Two cauc donors backed out over a period of 6 months. Moved to India donor back in Dec, she wouldn't commit and kept delaying for 3 months. FINALLY was able to secure a donor already in cycle because the IPs couldn't get sample there in time for ER. Then they said they had no surrogate for a fresh transfer
Someohow they secured a surrogate last minute. They also changed my RE, which stinks because I've been communicating with a different RE and feel comfortable with him.
All along every one has been telling me that we will have the opportunity to choose how many to transfer. Well, just got news from the new RE that all 11 fertilized and are doing well. Not sure why the RE has elected a 3dt vs a 5dt. She also said she would let me know how many they transfer. WTH??? I thought we got to choose. Now worried because she seems to have no plans in asking us how many we are comfortable with transferring.
